Delivery Options
Browns Jewellers and Pawnbrokers strive to ensure your goods are delivered on time and in pristine condition. We have a number of delivery options to suit your individual needs. We deliver to most mainland locations in the UK.
Standard Delivery
Our standard delivery service usually takes three working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to reach its destination, make sure you leave enough time to receive your purchase. This service is not a signed for service and as long as your purchase fits through your letter box there's no need for you to wait in for delivery.
Our standard delivery is charged at £3.50 and any purchases over £100 are upgraded to our next day service for free.
Next Day Delivery
For urgent orders we offer our next day delivery option (excluding weekends and public holidays). Your order will be dispatched using Royal Mail or other secured mailing options so will need to be signed for on delivery.
The cost of this service is £5.95, £3.50 for items above £100, per delivery and the service runs on Saturdays to most locations.
Orders placed week days, before 2pm will be delivered the next day, any orders placed after 2pm will be delivered 2 days later and any orders placed on Fridays after 2pm or over the weekend will be delivered on the following Tuesday.
Delivery times are between 8am and 6pm.
Courier Delivery
You can have your order delivered by courier to any location in the UK mainland, next day on orders placed before 2pm. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following day and orders placed after 2pm on Fridays or over the weekend will be delivered the following Tuesday. Any orders placed over a public holiday weekend will be delivered the following Wednesday. This is a signed for service so someone will need to be available to sign for your order upon delivery.
If, for whatever reason, you are not available to accept your order our drivers are instructed to leave a card that can be used for redelivery at your convenience.
This service is our most flexible delivery option and is charged at £7.50.

Delivery to a Browns' Shop
You may have your order delivered to any Browns Jewellers and Pawnbrokers shop.
Our shop collection service is free and your orders will usually be ready to collect within 10 working days. We will contact you via e mail once your order is ready for collection.
For reasons of security the person who placed the order must also collect the item, they must produce the payment card used for the purchase to verify identity, orders are held at store for 35 days.

Please note that orders placed over a public holiday weekend will be delayed by one day.
Delivering Engraved Items
Please remember that if you request our bespoke engraving service your order will take a little longer. Any items requiring engraving before delivery can take up to a further 10 days whichever delivery option you choose so please bear this in mind when you place your order.
Gifting Service
Would you like your order gift wrapping?
We will gift wrap your item, free of charge? When placing your order please make sure you let us know that this is a gift item and the delivery address and we'll do the rest.
