Prices quoted throughout our website are in Pounds Sterling (£). Payments in other currencies cannot be taken. Costs for packaging and delivery will be charged separately but you will see these charges at the time of checkout. You can view our Delivery Options here.

How to Pay

You can pay for your item in many ways:

We can only accept cards that have been issued in the UK.

Insurance Replacement

We are happy to deal directly with your insurance company with respect to any claim, simply call in to one of our shops for further details. Alternatively contact us via telephone, our highly trained and friendly staff are always willing to advise or deal with your claim over the telephone.

Online Purchase Security

All our online transactions are protected using 128 bit Secure Socket Layering (SSL); this means that all your online transactions with Browns Jewellers and Pawnbrokers are secure. You know you are viewing secured web pages when the web address starts with: https and a padlock appear in the status bar of your web browser.

Debit or Credit Card Verification

All our on line transactions are Verified by Visa or code for your piece of mind, when you reach the payment page you will be given the option of adding a password to your account, this password can be used anytime you shop online, not just with Browns Jewellers and Pawnbrokers ensuring your online shopping trips are secure and convenient.

We will dispatch orders once we have verification that the transaction has been authorised, we cannot accept liability for orders that are delayed or not delivered due to authorisation issues with your card.
