27th Apr 2016
As I am sure you are all aware by our previous blog posts that we love a good bit of quality bling! So as you can imagine when we saw Rosie Huntington Whiteley’s ring for the first time our ‘heart may have skipped a beat’. (Apologies for the cheesiness couldn’t resist) The fabulous 5 carat brilliant cut diamond ring cost a mere £243,000 and came from the well-established Neil Lane jewellers who are no stranger to the celebrity world decking out well known faces for the glamorise events such as Olivia Wilde and Kate Winslet. The fabulous brilliant cut diamond engagement ring has a timeless design the bright white diamond sparkled in the light as Rosie Huntington whiteley first showed it off at the Golden Globes awards. The Edwardian-era engagement ring is further embellished with diamond set shoulders and a brilliant cut diamond embellished setting. The swallow tipped claw setting adds extra detail to the overall appearance of this solitaire ring, using this type of setting was extremely popular in Edwardian times and can be seen in many pieces of jewellery from the era. I feel a congratulation is in order well done Jason Statham for choosing a fabulous ring. This ring is flawless! We have some great brilliant cut diamond engagement rings to swoon over at Browns why not have a peek and let us know what you think.
