Shipping within the UK: Orders under £50 will normally cost £2.99 but when you spend over £50 then we would like to offer free delivery (our little way of saying thanks). All orders are couriered special delivery and will be delivered between 9am - 1pm. Prestigious watches will either be couriered via TNT or special delivery. TNT orders will be delivered between 9am - 6pm, both services will require a signature on receipt.

Europe

If you live in a European country served by Royal Mail then there is a £9.99 delivery charge on any orders placed under £500. If you purchase is over £500 we would like to offer you free delivery. All orders will be couriered by Royal Mail International and will need to be signed for on receipt. If you order is placed before 3pm Monday – Friday, you can expect to have your package within 4 - 6 working days.

Canada, USA & South America

Delivery & Returns



Delivery

All domestic orders are sent via Royal Mail's Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 delivery service which is easily traceable online.

If your order is placed before 3PM we will endeavour to dispatch it on the same day. There are some factors that may affect dispatch, such as stock availability and bespoke requirements such as resizing watches and rings.

Prestige watches will be delivered free of charge within 1-2 working days however this may be affected due to the availability of the specific model. If there is any cause for delay with your order we'll get in contact, and discuss possibilities and timescales to help put your mind at ease.

As soon as your order has been dispatched then we'll let you know by sending you a dispatch confirmation e-mail, this will also contain your tracking code and a link to the Royal Mail website so you can keep an eye on the progress as it makes its way to you.

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be dispatched on the first working day of the following week; usually a Monday although occasionally a Tuesday when we've lucky enough to be enjoying a bank holiday!

Delivery Charges -   Free Next Day Delivery on Orders £250 and over

UK:

Postage is charged at £2.99 on a standard 2 to 3 working day delivery service for order totals under £75.

Orders totaling £250 or over are sent on a next working day service free of charge (please note, this is an estimate and not a guarantee).

For those customers that require a guaranteed next working day delivery, this is charged at £5.99 and orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, guaranteed to be delivered between 9AM and 1PM the next working day (excluding those bank holidays again!).

 

Europe:

If you live in a European country served by Royal Mail, there is a £9.99 delivery charge for any orders placed online. All orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and are traceable just like UK deliveries. If you order before 3PM Monday to Friday, you can expect to have your package delivered to you within 4-6 working days. Please bear in mind that we will only send out your package once we are satisfied that you are registered at the delivery address.

 

 

Worldwide: 

If you live outside Europe the charge is slightly higher at £14.99 per order. These orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked, and if you order by 3PM on a Monday to Friday then your order should be delivered to you safely within 5-7 working days. Unfortunately, we can only guarantee delivery to non EU countries that are served by Royal Mail International.




 

Exchanges and Returns Policy

Please note: This returns and exchanges policy relates to online purchases only and does not apply to any in-store purchases. It only applies to unworn goods that have not been damaged. 

In the rare event where you may wish to return your order we at Browns try to make the process as easy as possible. We want to make sure you love your items as much as we do, however if an item is not suitable, you may return it in its original condition within 30 days of receipt for an exchange or full refund for the price you paid.

This refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights.

 

Made-to-Order Jewellery Orders

We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on bespoke items or special orders. This means that we cannot provide refunds or exchanges on items that have been specially made to order for you, items that have been altered or personalised in any way, and products that are not normally stocked by Browns Family Jewellers but have been ordered specially at your request. Bespoke or specially ordered products may only be returned if the goods are faulty or were supplied incorrectly. This does not affect your statutory rights.

To enable us to process your return more efficiently, please fill out a return form to explain whether you want an exchange or refund, and remember to include your order number on the form along with relevant contact details and the reason for returning.


Which service should I use to return an item?

We recommend that when returning an item to us that you use an insured and traceable method, such as Royal Mail Recorded or Tracked 24/48. For higher value items over £600 per item, we suggest that you contact us first to arrange an alternative returns method. Please remember to get a proof of postage receipt. Please note: we cannot be held liable or responsible for any items that may go missing in the post that do not reach us. If you use Royal Mail as your choice of delivery, you can check if we have received your parcel using the Royal Mail’s website Track & Trace service.


How long will it take for my refund to be processed?

Please allow up to 10 working days after receipt for all refunds and exchanges to be processed. If you have not received your refund within 3-4 workings days of us notifying you that your refund has been processed, please contact us on 0800 8021 772 for assistance.

How long after my purchase can I return an item?

Please make sure you return your item(s) within 30 days of your purchase.

If items are returned after this time we are within our rights to refuse a refund but may be willing to offer an exchange, subject to the item being in its original condition. Items must be returned with all its original packaging such as booklets, guarantees and product tags etc.

What if my product is received damaged or faulty?

In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect then please contact us on 0800 8021 772 for assistance. You can return an item to us for an exchange or a full refund of within 30 days of receiving it.
