www.brownsfamilyjewellers.co.uk is owned and run by Browns Family Jewellers and Pawn Brokers Limited.



Placing an order for goods via www.brownsfamilyjewellers.co.uk indicates your acceptance of our terms and conditions. All communication to you sent directly by www.brownsfamilyjewellers.co.uk will be addressed to your email address (the address given at the point of registration or sale).

If you do not receive a confirmation email after registering or placing an order, please email info@brownsfamilyjewellers.co.uk immediately or alternatively call 0800 8021772.

When you place an order you will receive an email from us confirming receipt of your order. Please check that all details are correct. If not please contact us immediately. Whilst all items are offered for sale in good faith, very occasionally and for reasons beyond our control such as stock errors we may not be able to fulfil your order, or delays may occur when dealing with 3rd party suppliers.

Therefore, a sale agreement will only exist between yourself and brownsfamilyjewellers.co.uk when you receive an email confirming your order has been dispatched. The funds for the purchase will instantly be taken out of your account, however if we are not able to fulfill the order for any reason, the full amount will be refunded immediately (subject to your card issuers administration period, typically 1-4 working days).

In accordance with Consumer Contract regulations relating to distance selling you may cancel your order within 14 days, commencing from the day you receive your goods. brownsfamilyjewellers.co.uk will be happy to accept the return of unopened saleable goods if so required.


All promotional offers and discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions, or be used on any sale items unless stated by Browns Family Jewellers.  Promotional discounts and offers cannot be used on branded items, branded watches or prestige watches. This includes brands such as: Rolex, Omega, TAG Heuer, Hublot, Roda, and Breitling.

Offers are also not applicable on brands such as Sekonda, Mondaine, SEIKO, GUCCI, Rosefield, EONE, Paul Hewitt, CLUSE, Radley, Lola Rose, Orla Kiely, ice and Halycon Days or any other brands unless stated otherwise.

Discounts and offers apply to all non-branded jewellery products and are only applicable on branded jewellery when stated by Browns Family Jewellers.


All warranties for items purchased in any of our stores can be registered online or in store.

Warranties last two years from the date of purchase. The warranty covers only faults of manufacture. Damage to any watch or jewellery elements through use is not covered (including but not limited to battery, glass, strap, bracelet and any general wear and tear such as scratches, marks and tarnishes).

To maintain waterproofing of watches the seals must be replaced after any services or at the least every 24 months.

The warranty is void if any work is carried out on any product other than by an authorised Browns Family Jewellers retailer (or a third party retailer working on behalf of Browns Family Jewellers).
