Part-Time/Full-Time Sales Consultant – Halifax

An exciting opportunity has now become available for a permanent Jewellery Sales Consultant to join our Halifax team working either part-time (minimum 3 days/week) or full-time. 

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, customer-focused, personable and an excellent team player. Some previous experience working in jewellery and/or pawnbroking is required.  Flexibility in working days is essential, as is regular Saturday working.  Sunday working during December may also be required.

In return for the right candidate we can offer:

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join us on this online expansion journey.

The Role

Embark on an exciting career within our Ecommerce Department as an eCommerce Assistant. Based at our head office, just outside of Harrogate, you will report to the Head of Ecommerce. Your role involves delivering outstanding customer service, supporting the team in site maintenance and marketing, and providing administrative assistance in crafting bespoke jewellery.

Demonstrate your ability to build strong customer relationships, efficiently manage multiple priorities and inquiries, and showcase excellent telephone and written communication skills. Engage with customers through phone calls and messaging platforms, delivering accurate updates and responses promptly.

Handle all aspects of customer service, from initial inquiry to the meticulous packing and shipping of orders. Some web order items are processed at our Head Office, demanding keen attention to detail and organisational skills. This is a full-time, permanent position, Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 5 pm.

Skills Required

  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Exceptional telephone and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Effective communication within a web team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, and ideally Shopify
  • Jewellery experience would also be advantageous
