By placing an order for goods on www.brownsfamilyjewellers.co.uk indicates your acceptance of our terms and conditions. All communication to you sent directly by www.brownsfamilyjewellers.co.uk will be addressed to your email address (the address given at the point of registration or sale).
If you do not receive a confirmation email after registering or placing an order please email info@brownsfamilyjewellers.co.uk immediately or alternatively call 01423740203. brownsfamilyjewellers.co.uk will not be responsible if you should fail to receive emails sent to the email address you provide when you register.
When you place an order you will receive an email from us confirming receipt of your order. Please check that all details are correct. If not please contact us immediately. Whilst all items are offered for sale in good faith occasionally, for reasons beyond our control, we may not be able to fulfil your order or delays my occur when dealing with 3rd party suppliers.
Therefore a sale agreement will only exist between yourself and brownsfamilyjewellers.co.uk when you receive an email confirming your order has been placed. The funds for the purchase will instantly be taken out of your account, however if we should not be able to fulfil the order for any reason the full amount will be refunded immediately.
In accordance with Consumer Protection regulations relating to distance selling you may cancel your order up to 7 days from the day after you receive your goods. brownsfamilyjewellers.co.uk will be happy to accept the return of unopened saleable goods if so required.
Promotional Offers
All promotional offers and discounts are for online use only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions, or be used on any sale items unless stated by Browns Family Jewellers. Promotional discounts and offers cannot be used on prestige watches this includes brands such as: Rolex, Omega, TAG Heuer, Hublot, Roda, and Breitling.
Our SMS offer of 10% off jewellery purchases can only be applied to full price jewellery items and excludes all watches, engagement rings and wedding rings. This offer is not applicable to pre-loved items and cannot be combined.
Rolex Clearance - All Rolex sale offers are subject to availability and while stocks last. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend promotions at any time. Interest-bearing finance is available at a representative 9.9% APR (subject to status and eligibility). Ring Resizing Policy
Free Ring Resizing
Where advertised, we offer a free ring resizing service exclusively for rings purchased through our online store. This service is subject to the following terms and conditions:

Eligibility: Only rings purchased online are eligible for free resizing. Rings purchased in-store or via third-party sellers are not included in this offer.

Size Limitations: Resizing is only available to the size options displayed on the relevant product page at the time of purchase. Requests for sizes outside this range may not be accommodated and could incur additional charges.

Feasibility: Not all rings are suitable for resizing. The ability to resize depends on the ring’s design, materials, setting, and required size adjustment. For example, eternity bands, certain gemstone settings, or custom designs may not be resizable.

Company Discretion: We reserve the right to decline a resizing request if we believe it may compromise the integrity, appearance, or durability of the ring.

Timeframe: Resizing must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product for standard items and 90 days for you Signature engagement rings. After this period, resizing services may be chargeable.

Shipping: Customers are responsible for securely packaging and returning the ring for resizing. We recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service. Return shipping of the resized ring is free within the UK; international customers may incur return postage costs.

Lead Time: Standard resizing may take up to 14 working days from the date of receipt. During peak periods, this may be extended.

If your complaint relates to your finance agreement
If your complaint relates to the finance linked to your purchase you can still let us know about this, but we will forward it on to your credit provider Novuna. Novuna will acknowledge your complaint and investigate it thoroughly and issue their response within eight weeks.
What to do if you can't reach an agreement
If you are not satisfied with Novuna’s response to your complaint relating to the finance agreement, you may be able to refer the matter to the Financial Ombudsman Service. You must contact them within six months of the date of Novuna’s final response letter to you.
