Are all the products online in store?
Each of our stores holds a unique array of pieces and our in store team would be happy to find the right one for you. Seen a piece online? our stores are happy to arrange a viewing for you.
Please note that since certain items are made to order, they might not be available for viewing.
What is the stores return policy?
We are unable to offer refunds. Goods (except earrings) are exchanged within 30 days with proof of purchase if in pristine condition. This does not affect your statutory rights. Pawns where we do not take title are exempt from VAT under group 5, schedule 9 of the VAT act 1994
Do your stores offer Pawnbroking services?
Yes. this service is available in each of our nine stores. Find your local store here
Do I need an appointment for Pawnbroking?
No appointment needed, Our in store team would be happy to help. We do request you take valid photo Identification as we are unable to process any loan without this.
Do I need an appointment to sell my jewellery in store?
No appointment needed just take your items into store and our team will be happy to advise. Please be aware that you may need to leave the items with us in order to get a quote. Quotes are given subject to the condition of the piece and whether it is a style we are looking for at this time. We recommend taking a valid form of photo identification as we will need this in order to process the transaction.
Do you offer ear piercing?

Do I require an appointment to have my ears pierced?
Ear piercing is preformed by trained members of our team so we recommend calling before hand in order to ensure someone is available on the day.
